Senior Director, Global Facilities (Semiconductor)

Location: Manila, Philippines. The role requires satisfactory proof of the right to work in the Philippines and oversees facilities across North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA.

What you will do

• Own and execute the global real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and landlord relationships.
• Align facilities plans with business growth, headcount planning, and organizational changes in partnership with executive leadership.
• Optimize the international portfolio through consolidations, expansions, and site rationalization while improving employee experience and cost efficiency.
• Lead facilities operations, critical building systems reliability, service delivery, vendor performance, and large-scale capital projects across global sites.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee EHS, emergency preparedness, business continuity, sustainability, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate facilities management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level global role.
• Experience managing a complex, multi-site international real estate and facilities portfolio; 500,000+ square feet is preferred.
• Expertise in lease negotiation, real estate transactions, portfolio strategy, facilities operations, and infrastructure reliability.
• Experience delivering large-scale capital projects, including office builds, laboratories, technical environments, and major renovations.
• Experience managing global teams across time zones and cultural contexts, with strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience managing $20M+ operating and capital budgets, plus knowledge of EHS compliance, sustainability, and local regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as CFM, FMP, LEED, or PMP.
• Experience building vendor partnerships at scale and translating operational data into actionable insights.
