Logistics Operations Analyst

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States; hybrid with onsite work at least 3 days per week

Salary: $58,500–$108,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage service levels, performance, and cost metrics for US-based logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate logistics activities with Manufacturing Operations, Service Operations, Order Management, Procurement, Finance, and external providers.
• Analyze transportation, warehousing, and freight-spend data to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop and maintain logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for business decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for transportation, shipping, documentation, system, and service issues.
• Project-manage logistics cost-saving, network optimization, carrier management, automation, ERP enhancement, AI-enabled, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing transportation providers, freight forwarders, parcel carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation, trade compliance, and global supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and business intelligence tools; Oracle EBS is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Beaverton at least 3 days per week and accommodate critical activities across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Global Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience with freight-spend analysis, transportation cost reduction, digital transformation, AI, or automation in supply chain operations.
