What you will do
- Provide high-quality psychological, counseling, and social work services to students.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and screenings, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Respond to crisis situations and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Licensed School Specialist in Psychology (SSP) credential, or be fully eligible to obtain it immediately upon hire.
- Proven professional experience working directly within a school environment.
- Must be available and committed to fulfilling the entire length of the contract without interruption.
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of school-based mental health practices and special education regulations.
