Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist (Industrial Solutions)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be locally based in the San Diego area, California, United States

Salary: USD 167,000–205,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Plan channel engagement and new product release schedules with product groups and the Solutions Team.
• Build marketing and distributor engagement plans in partnership with Sales.
• Present solutions and conduct workshops for distributors and industrial customers.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners and identify solution-level and product-level opportunities.
• Promote and position application-focused solutions for building and industrial automation, including door locks, building security, and HVAC.
• Coordinate business development, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units while providing market intelligence for corporate planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.
• Local presence in the San Diego area is required.
• Deep understanding of the industrial market, with experience in building automation, industrial automation, or energy.
• Experience following up on leads and developing field relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus the ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
