Product Marketing Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Thiendorf, Germany; home office is available.

hirify.global develops and manufactures semiconductor test and measurement products, including MEMS probe cards, probe stations, metrology systems, and quantum cryogenic measurement systems.

What you will do

• Act as the technical and commercial bridge between Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Applications.
• Translate complex product features into clear customer benefits, positioning, and messaging.
• Support product ideation, new product introduction, product launches, and the product lifecycle through revenue recognition.
• Create technical marketing collateral, including presentations, datasheets, white papers, application notes, case studies, website content, and technical documentation.
• Develop product demonstrations and technical sales tools, and deliver training and enablement programs for sales teams and channel partners.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities and represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and marketing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Technical Sales, Product Management, or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical products and their market applications.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
