Director, Strategy & Solutions (AI)

Location: Hybrid or remote based in the United States; listed locations include Austin, Texas; Boston, Massachusetts; and Santa Clara, California.

Compensation: $100,000–$500,000 annually, including base and variable compensation targets. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, background, and location.

What you will do

• Own go-to-market positioning and messaging for AI hardware, software, and solutions.
• Define application- and vertical-specific value propositions for enterprise, cloud, and regulated markets.
• Develop technical collateral including whitepapers, sales decks, benchmarks, demos, and customer success stories.
• Translate complex AI/ML systems into clear customer outcomes and business value.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align roadmaps, launches, and field enablement.

Requirements

• Experience connecting complex AI/ML systems to customer outcomes and business value.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers, architects, and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about customer workloads, competitive dynamics, and emerging AI trends.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required.
