Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager (IoT)

Location: Must be located in Seattle, Washington, or San Diego, California, United States. Remote work is supported.

Salary: $148,000–$222,000 annual base pay, with potential merit increases, annual bonus, stock, and sales incentives depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Own product marketing strategy and execution to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, marketing collateral, and content for technical and business audiences.
• Plan and execute product and solution launches with corporate marketing, sales, product management, and application teams.
• Evolve go-to-market strategy to increase revenue, market share, and return on investment.
• Create technical marketing content, webinars, product training, and sales enablement materials.
• Train sales and customer-facing teams on product and solution messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, business development, or product management in the semiconductor or wireless technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success marketing complex technical products and collaborating across teams within a partner ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop impactful messaging, positioning, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including some international travel.
