Technical Director, TPA Workers' Compensation Oversight

What you will do

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Workers' Compensation TPA oversight operations.
• Drive claim cost reduction across indemnity, medical, and legal expenses while supporting reserve adequacy reviews.
• Oversee litigation trends, counsel management, legal processes, and claim performance issues.
• Monitor claim trends, cost drivers, payment activity, operational metrics, and aging invoices, including Fusion payment management.
• Develop claims procedures, best practices, process improvements, and strategic projects.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, technical development, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Extensive Workers' Compensation claims and TPA oversight experience.
• Strong knowledge of reserving, litigation management, claims operations, and analytics.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Experience with claims management systems, RMIS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work primarily in the office in Atlanta, Georgia.
