Director, Wausau Window Brand (Architectural Metals)

Location: Wausau, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite role. Travel to Architectural Metals facilities and customer locations will be required 20%–30% of the time.

What you will do

• Own brand-level P&L performance, revenue, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead Estimating, Client Services, Project Management, Drafting, and Order Management.
• Oversee delivery of large, complex façade projects from project award through completion and post-project support.
• Align Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and customer-facing functions.
• Serve as the senior executive contact for strategic customers and critical project escalations.
• Lead organizational transformation, process simplification, accountability, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex commercial construction, architectural systems, façade, glazing, or related manufacturing projects or businesses.
• Experience leading multifunctional organizations, customer-facing operations, organizational change, and P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of project delivery from order intake through project completion, including risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong strategic, financial, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and business leadership skills.
• Strong mechanical orientation and knowledge of finishing and extrusion markets or related experience.
• Ability to travel 20%–30% to facilities and customer locations.
