Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Collaborate with design engineering to coordinate the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new and existing product lines.
• Lead manufacturing operations records and reporting systems.
• Plan and design manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.
• Lead the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and brazing, assembly, and material-handling operations.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, with accountability for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
