PDC(VeritySEM) Process Support Engineer

Location: Dalian, China. On-site customer support is required, with travel approximately 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, service, and repair of complex systems and equipment.
• Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and prepare reports with high-level conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve process engineering and customer product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals, build relationships, and establish trust.
• Apply knowledge of company processes and customers to analyze solutions and solve a range of technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Communication proficiency in English.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
