AME Engineer-2027 Campus (Manufacturing)

Location: Shanghai, Shanghai, China; onsite, full-time regular employment.

What you will do

• Develop process technology for new products, plan processes, design production lines, and prepare process documents such as work instructions, PFMEA, and QCP.
• Implement digital MES projects and improve production automation technology.
• Create and implement production-line SOPs onsite and prepare required tooling and equipment within specified timelines.
• Lead the resolution of onsite process quality and technical issues while improving process capability, reducing waste, and increasing output.
• Provide technical support to sales, customer complaint handling, supply chain, and project management.
• Standardize and optimize 5S, production-line layouts, capacity planning, and product working hours.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills; fluent spoken English is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong self-learning and knowledge-sharing abilities.
