Manufacturing Engineer 1 (AI)

Location: Qingzhou, Shandong, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Support assembly and testing processes for SEM axles and TTT Final Drive.
• Promote advanced tightening technology, AI-based error proofing, Pick-by-Light, and automation projects.
• Support new product introduction activities by ensuring assembly process readiness.
• Develop assembly and testing processes and provide daily technical support for SWS/SWES, APQP, SFMEA, fixtures, and lifting devices.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, quality, and manufacturing cost.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of collaborative automation and its applications in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, technologies, processes, and manufacturing-cycle documentation.
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving approaches to operational and process issues.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Qingzhou, Shandong, China.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
