Staff Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Shenzhen Futian 1 Office, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; onsite manufacturing environment.

What you will do

• Design and implement new production processes.
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct process engineering studies and evaluate process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Support quality, safety, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing projects, troubleshooting, and production staff training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Process Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Familiarity with data analysis and statistical process control techniques.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
