What you will do

• Lead advanced applications of scientific theory and complex processes in the development and technical management of unit products.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and address high-value problems.
• Participate in strategic planning that integrates research and development with unit and Product Business Group plans.
• Lead research, development, implementation, and enhancement of new and existing product lines.
• Own alpha engineering programs and alpha and beta product releases for process technology.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor colleagues, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices relevant to the discipline, with the ability to track new developments and define changes to policy and practice.
• Highly specialized skills supporting technology expansion, customer growth, or operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive semiconductor industry knowledge supporting commercial objectives and competitive differentiation.
• Ability to make highly autonomous decisions affecting business-unit or functional deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to create strong business relationships and gain active stakeholder support.
