What you will do

• Lead advanced applications of scientific theory and complex processes in product development and ongoing technical management.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and address high-value problems.
• Contribute to strategic planning that integrates research and development with business unit objectives.
• Direct research, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing product lines.
• Own alpha engineering activities and alpha and beta product releases for the division or segment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices relevant to the discipline.
• Highly specialized technical and business expertise in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions affecting business unit deliverables and objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work at the Xi'an, China site.
