Supply Planner (Optical Network Terminals and WiFi Beacon)

What you will do

• Develop and execute supply plans for Optical Network Terminals and WiFi Beacon products.
• Drive operational readiness and efficiency improvements with JDM/ODM manufacturing partners from ramp-up through End of Life.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support on-time customer delivery.
• Review material shortages and adapt supply plans to changing customer demand.
• Monitor partner performance against quality, turnaround time, and throughput targets.
• Manage inventory and reduce excess and obsolete materials through reuse, resale, and supplier rebalancing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Operations Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in demand planning, supply planning, and factory materials management.
• Experience working with multinational and cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Experience in electronics, consumer hardware, or telecommunications with EMS, JDM, or ODM suppliers.
• Good English communication and the ability to speak Mandarin are mandatory.
