Staff Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Transfer production test solutions from legacy testers to Eagle or Flex platforms.
• Generate test hardware and software and analyze existing test hardware schematics.
• Debug and develop test programs for analog semiconductor products.
• Improve test methodologies using industry best practices and reliability strategies.
• Identify yield enhancement opportunities and develop projects to resolve them.
• Support production testing, become a subject matter expert, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or MicroElectronic Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably with automated test equipment in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience debugging and developing test programs on Eagle, Flex, ETS364, Teradyne microFlex, or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced programming capability in Python, C/C++, and/or SQL, plus basic Unix/Linux experience.
• Knowledge of statistics, JMP data analytics, SPC, CPK, GR&R, ANOVA, transient analysis, spike checking, and deglitching.
