What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods for IP on advanced semiconductor nodes before tapeout.
• Support new product introduction through characterization, qualification, production testing, and debug.
• Develop diagnostic programs for qualification, characterization, and production test.
• Collaborate with Design and Verification teams throughout the semiconductor development process.
• Develop test strategies for semiconductor design and manufacturing issues while considering test economics.
• Contribute to continuous learning, improvement, research, and collaborative engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of recent experience in semiconductor test development, silicon verification, or emulation.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Advantest, Teradyne ATE, or system-level test development for advanced FinFET or GAA SOCs below 28nm.
• Programming experience with Verilog and Python.
• Understanding of high-speed ATE hardware, Verilog testbenches, semiconductor development and manufacturing processes, and test economics.
• Experience with teamwork, creative problem-solving, communication, statistics, and Six Sigma manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI processors, SERDES interfaces such as PCIe, USB, or MIPI, HVST, scan, MBIST, or analog testing.
