What you will do

• Operate Teradyne J750/UltraFLEX and Advantest V93000 ATE platforms for final testing of System Protection ICs.
• Set up, qualify, and maintain test sockets, DUT boards, REL setups, and associated test hardware.
• Support NPI test bring-up, first silicon test runs, production testing, and reliability test loading.
• Collect and review test data, identify contact failure patterns and yield excursions, and escalate anomalies to engineering.
• Assemble and rework PCBs and load boards, including soldering, socket replacement, and minor repairs.
• Maintain ESD, 5S, safety, preventive-maintenance, documentation, and phase-review requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in electronics, electrical technology, or a related technical discipline; vocational, trade-school, or military electronics training may substitute.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms and the ability to load test programs, navigate tester software, and respond to failures.
• Knowledge of parametric testing for discrete analog and protection devices, including breakdown voltage, leakage current, forward voltage, junction capacitance, and clamping voltage.
• Experience with ESD-controlled environments, PCB assembly, soldering, and through-hole or SMD rework.
• Ability to review bin summaries, identify contact failures and yield anomalies, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and equipment PM logs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and support production or NPI builds; 1+ year of semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or ATE experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on ATE experience in semiconductor final test, wafer sort, or reliability testing.
• Experience with hirify.global System Protection or equivalent IC products and OSAT/back-end test flows.
• IPC-610 certification and experience handling SOT, DFN, or QFN packages.
• Exposure to AEC-Q100 requirements and basic Python or Excel macro automation.
