Department Manager (Fulfillment)

Location: Dinuba, California, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $65,200–$84,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily fulfillment activities, including order filling, packing, receiving, put-away, replenishment, cycle counting, loading, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs while planning daily, weekly, and long-range operational volumes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs, ISO, VAWD, AIB, DEA, and safety programs.
• Coordinate activities across departments and work with fulfillment-center managers and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, cross-training, performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Lead network projects, implement best practices, mentor warehouse personnel, and support facility safety performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including at least 2 years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years of ERP experience and 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift, remain on foot for more than 6 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 55 pounds; team lifting is required for loads from 56 to 100 pounds.
• Completion of CPR and First Aid training upon hire.

Nice to have

• SAP and inventory-systems experience.
• Warehouse leadership or fleet-management experience.
• Previous experience managing a team.
