Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus an annual performance bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate logistics, shipping, finished-goods warehouse, and distribution functions.
• Manage finished-goods storage, packaging, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Select, qualify, negotiate with, and schedule freight carriers based on cost, capability, timing, and safe product delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery of division products with minimal transport damage.
• Staff, train, cross-train, evaluate, and develop warehouse employees.
• Manage warehouse materials, supplies, forklift maintenance, equipment repairs, safety programs, and legal compliance.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in warehousing operations, preferably in corrugated packaging manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a logistics and distribution team.
• Extensive experience with Las Vegas and California logistics, brokers, and freight carriers.
• Strong organization, communication, negotiation, collaboration, and people-leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and general computer skills; AMTECH experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a constant high-pressure environment while maintaining safety and operational accuracy.
