SET - Service Lane Coach (Automotive)

Location: Remote Florida, United States; approximately 60% travel required, including on-site dealership training.

Base pay range: $80,580–$94,000 per year. Total compensation may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing.

What you will do

• Deliver on-site training, instructional modules, coaching, and performance-improvement support to dealership staff and management.
• Diagnose dealership performance and collaborate with account management on action plans to improve service-lane sales and parts results.
• Build relationships with dealership personnel, drive behavior change, and maintain consistent contact with assigned dealers.
• Coach staff on parts stocking, service-lane tools, product presentation, selling techniques, and program value.
• Assess dealership operations and connect parts procedures, inventory management, fill rates, lost sales, and inspection processes to profitability.
• Track activities and account information in Salesforce and communicate analyses, plans, itineraries, and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, dealership operations, or automotive operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, diagnostic, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
• Project management experience and proficiency with required software applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Record and Company Vehicle Fleet policies.
• Ability to view and input data continuously, stand for long periods, lift at least 35 pounds, and travel approximately 60%.

• Experience working in a dealership parts department.
