Encapsulation Team Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise the encapsulation process for electromechanical assemblies and perform hands-on encapsulation work.
• Plan, allocate, and coordinate workload according to production schedules and capacity requirements.
• Seal, prime, encapsulate, and mechanically assemble units while operating automated pouring equipment.
• Maintain and inspect the spray booth, potting machine, compressor, and vacuum pump, including filter changes and cleaning.
• Train employees on encapsulation tasks and equipment maintenance to ensure operational backup.
• Prepare production paperwork, support quality and environmental management systems, and drive process improvement and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Experience in an encapsulation process environment.
• Understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.
• Good communication skills and supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
• Ability to work in PPE, stand and walk for extended periods, and handle materials up to 30 kg using safe working practices and mechanical aids where applicable.
