Company

hirify.global is a global marine company developing technologies and products for marine recreation.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end manufacturing processes for transducer assemblies, from component preparation through encapsulation and cure.
  • Translate product design intent into controlled processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
  • Lead high-volume urethane moulding and encapsulation, including material conditioning, mixing, pouring, venting, and curing.
  • Establish process windows and manufacturing controls to reduce voids, moisture-related defects, variability, rework, and scrap.
  • Own formal change control and process validation for manufacturing processes, tooling, materials, and parameters.

Requirements

  • Significant manufacturing engineering experience, preferably with electromechanical or encapsulated products.
  • Hands-on production-scale experience with urethane moulding, including temperature, moisture, mixing, and curing controls.
  • Experience with change control, process validation, manufacturing metrics, and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and influence engineering drawings and tolerancing, and to work both on the factory floor and in design reviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with vacuum degassing, pressure curing, transducer, sensor, or acoustic product manufacturing.
  • Experience with PLM and ERP systems or regulated, high-reliability manufacturing environments.

Culture & Benefits

  • Growth and development opportunities within a global marine organization.
  • Work directly with product development, quality, process engineering, and operations teams.
  • Equal opportunity employment and accommodation support during the application process.
