Sr Eng, MIP-Engineering (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead or support sustaining manufacturing projects from planning through completion.
• Integrate manufacturing processes transferred from other hirify.global sites and support transfer activities to new manufacturing sites.
• Develop and continuously improve mechanical device manufacturing processes, production fixtures, tools, inspection equipment, routers, and bills of materials.
• Plan manufacturing capacity, equipment, labor, space, and maintenance while tracking production performance, efficiency, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Estimate and optimize cycle times, develop production routers, and maintain manufacturing process instructions.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, technicians, designers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Lean methodologies, project implementation, and new manufacturing tools.
• Experience with materials and design changes, validations, and line balancing.
• Experience applying problem-solving tools, statistics including DOE/ANOVA, and PFMEA.
• Experience developing and completing IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV process validations and verifying or validating process changes.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills required.
