What you will do

  • Define and execute the global improvement agenda across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Partner with executive, Engineering, and Finance teams to scope and deliver capital projects supporting product launches, operational improvements, and plant capabilities.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple sites, including manufacturing redesign, automation, product flow optimization, and training system transformation.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to improve productivity, quality, and scalability.
  • Standardize processes and share best practices across international regions.
  • Recruit and lead operations personnel, develop talent, reduce waste, and use analytics to prioritize opportunities and measure results.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial process improvement with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven operational leadership experience, including plant management or direct responsibility for manufacturing operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives from concept through execution in multi-site or global environments.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methodologies; certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required; an advanced degree is preferred.
