Team Lead Manufacturing (Optical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. B shift: 4:00 pm–4:30 am, Wednesday–Friday.

What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production schedules, and resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Implement quality-control measures and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and supply-chain teams to optimize production flow and inventory.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and support strategic planning and process innovation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management, production planning, quality-control systems, supply-chain management, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects while driving manufacturing innovation.
