Customer Care Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, at the Customer Care Commerce Park site

What you will do

• Act as a sales liaison for internal and external customers and a subject matter expert for custom products and projects.
• Prepare and issue project-based quotations for standard and custom products while following margin and pricing guidelines.
• Handle quote- and order-related tasks, service activities, documentation, and product delivery requirements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate project delivery using project management and basic expediting skills, including product substitution and escalation when needed.
• Review project management reports, communicate project status, and coordinate with jobsites and stakeholders.
• Resolve customer requests and identify opportunities to improve Customer Care procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred.
• At least three years of customer service experience and/or hirify.global product knowledge.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QlikView/Qlik Sense.
• Project management, analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, including occasional overtime and infrequent overnight travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom products or high-profile projects.
• Knowledge of the hirify.global Kanban System, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing process improvements and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
