Agile Product Owner

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States. Hybrid role requiring associates to work in the office 3–4 days per week; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance unless an accommodation is granted. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $106,551–$107,551 per year for the Norfolk, Virginia location.

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between business and IT teams and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Analyze operational processes, identify efficiency improvements, and create documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Define shared cloud data platform capabilities, including data acquisition and transformation requirements.
• Lead customer journey workshops, create feature workflows, and collaborate with UI/UX researchers on product demonstrations.
• Manage technical and UI/UX debt, shepherd user stories through Scrum teams, review test cases, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Define and analyze product metrics, communicate business value, and ensure Data Platform features comply with HITRUST and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of Information Technology or related experience.
• At least two years of experience in operational or data analysis, database structures, and translating business requirements into IT requirements.
• At least two years of experience managing data acquisition and data transformation for cloud-based data platforms.
• Ability to work from the Norfolk office 3–4 days per week and maintain the stated Monday–Friday work schedule.
