Product Owner - Digital Health (Acute Care and Monitoring)

Location: Onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota, United States. The position requires work onsite at least four days per week. Candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is offered only for Principal-level roles and above.

Salary: $93,600–$140,400 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Own software solutions that remotely monitor veterans with chronic conditions at home and patients in hospitals.
• Collect customer and stakeholder needs, identify problems to solve, and translate insights into product features.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog and align features with the Digital Health vision and roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing to synthesize needs, define quantified value, and guide product releases.
• Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Scrum teams to define technical, behavioral, and design requirements.
• Support innovation across medical and home care solutions and collaborate with cross-disciplinary, globally distributed teams on product development and launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in systems, digital, or software development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and advocate for product value internally and externally.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; U.S. sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Ability to understand complex system behavior, engineering problems, and technical and architectural constraints.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of systems, digital, or software development experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in medical devices or another regulated product industry.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience with five or more major product or portfolio releases.
