Location: Clinton, PA (Pittsburgh), United States; full-time onsite at the Center of Excellence

Salary: $78,400–$133,400 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

  • Lead medium- to large-scale manufacturing projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Improve production processes and product designs to deliver consistent quality at optimal cost.
  • Drive continuous improvement focused on quality, OEE, assembly methods, scrap reduction, and cost improvement.
  • Implement process changes, support new equipment introductions, and apply design-for-manufacturability principles.
  • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment as an escalation resource.
  • Work hands-on with operators and maintenance on the manufacturing floor, including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience; a master’s degree and internship experience may be considered.
  • Experience with process improvement, scrap reduction, COGS reduction, and preferably high-volume manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of machine design and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 preferred.
