Product and Research Operations Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops AI model architectures and voice experiences based on State Space Models for efficient, large-scale foundation models.

What you will do

• Support voice production runs and progressively own day-to-day production and voice library health reporting.
• Build lightweight automations to streamline voice production across additional locales and higher volumes.
• Develop systems for sourcing, vetting, and creating voices with voice actors and vendors.
• Own customer-facing voice engagements end to end and support customer success with hirify.global’s models.
• Drive voice-related go-to-market enablement and support events and marketing initiatives in London.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategy, operations, and international growth projects.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an operator at a high-growth technology startup or in strategy consulting at MBB or a similar firm.
• Proactive, autonomous execution skills in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to lead customer conversations with executives and work credibly with go-to-market teams.
• Comfort using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to build lightweight systems.
• Understanding of core system design concepts and strong attention to detail under high task volume.
• Genuine enthusiasm for voice and audio technology, with relevant opinions and perspectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AI industry, particularly AI strategy and operations or product operations.
• Experience proactively building lightweight systems and driving initiatives forward.
