Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the Delhi HQ, India. Relocation support is available for moving closer to the team.

hirify.global is building an AI-first travel platform that reduces paperwork and uncertainty in visa processing and has processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for growth across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Identify and build product-led growth loops involving referrals, rewards, sharing, virality and network effects.
• Improve acquisition and conversion through experimentation, funnel optimisation, onboarding and core product journeys.
• Scale referral, rewards, incentive and lifecycle programs using data and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, fintech, travel, mobility or another high-growth B2C environment.
• Experience owning growth-focused product areas such as acquisition, activation, referrals, rewards, engagement or retention.
• Strong product judgment and analytical skills, including the use of data, experimentation and customer insights.
• Experience building product-led growth loops, incentives, referral programs or user-driven acquisition experiences.
• Strong ownership, prioritisation and execution skills, with the ability to work across Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing.
