Product Manager, Strategic Integrations (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid role

Salary: $80,237–$139,077 annually, plus variable pay and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Develop product strategy for priority integration projects within Employer Services.
• Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to evaluate embedded experiences, co-created solutions, and other integration opportunities.
• Recommend when to build, partner, integrate, or co-create based on customer value, business cases, and execution feasibility.
• Shape scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems to improve product reach and reduce source-system dependency.
• Lead discovery and execution for priority opportunities, defining success measures and communicating rationale, tradeoffs, progress, and value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or related experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products.
• Strong experience with opportunity discovery, customer and market validation, product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, launches, and measurement.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled product practices.
• Experience shaping partnership-led products such as integrations, embedded solutions, white-label models, channel partnerships, or co-build projects.
• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud architectures, data ingestion and exchange patterns, and scalable data services.
• Experience in HR technology, Employer Services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or adjacent enterprise software; bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
