Tire Sales Specialist (Pleasanton, CA)

Location: Pleasanton, California, United States; onsite inside a premium automotive dealership

Base pay: $28.34–$30.85/hour. Target annual commission: $14,040; another compensation section lists a target annual commission of $13,200.

What you will do

• Engage dealership customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual tire inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate tire solutions, provide pricing, and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations, including inventory management and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills with order systems and CRM tools.
• Automotive experience is preferred.
