Sales Consultant Full-time (Automotive)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; onsite at 1121 E Memorial Rd

Salary: $7.75–$20.00 per hour plus commission

What you will do

• Help customers find vehicles that match their needs using available inventory.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and the purchase process.
• Provide clear, honest information and an exceptional customer experience.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining an orderly work area.

Requirements

• Strong listening and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using technology to process transactions and access inventory information.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Commitment to integrity and transparency in customer interactions.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and mentorship; prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
