Customer Specialist (Sales)

Location: Redlands, California, United States; onsite at 1125 New York Street

Hourly rate: $20.60–$30.90 per hour

What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and the car-buying or selling process.
• Assess vehicle condition, document appraisal details, and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory activities, including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, reconciliation, and cosmetic inspections.
• Prepare reports, maintain transaction paperwork, audit documents, and manage payments.
• Coordinate service appointments, review repair order invoices, and collaborate across teams.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence representing hirify.global products.
• Ability to build customer relationships, balance customer needs with business goals, and follow processes accurately.
• Integrity, respect, teamwork, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read and transcribe data.

Nice to have

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
