Sales/Customer Specialist (Automotive)

Hourly rate: $15.50–$23.30

What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and service-related interactions.
• Assess vehicle condition, document appraisal details, and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory activities, including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections against hirify.global Quality Standards.
• Process transaction paperwork, reports, audits, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments, verify repair order billing, and follow environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship-building, teamwork, integrity, and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and follow processes accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read and transcribe data.

Nice to have

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
