Concrete Detailer Sr. VDC Engineer (Revit)

Location: Sacramento, California, United States; full-time onsite

Salary: $81,000–$125,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Create field-related layout, detailing, coordination, modeling, and fabrication deliverables.
• Develop renderings, graphics, animations, site logistics plans, and pursuit materials.
• Set up background models, real-world and project coordinates, cloud collaboration workspaces, and model-sharing environments.
• Apply reality-capture technologies to document existing conditions, compare them with design intent, and create accurate trade models.
• Support constructability reviews, identify and resolve coordination clashes, and assist with project coordination meetings.
• Provide field support, training, as-builts, facility operations documentation, and layout or spooling files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or concrete field experience.
• 1–3 years of design, engineering, or construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard BIM software; Revit knowledge is advantageous.
• Understanding of commercial construction means and methods, with the ability to read plans and specifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
