Lead I Material Handling I C-Shift (Fri-Sun 5am-5pm) I (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; on-site, C-shift Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $25.29–$37.94 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers, including assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, machine setters, and operators.
• Review work orders, production schedules, charts, and reports to determine requirements and evaluate output.
• Inspect materials, products, equipment, and facilities for defects or malfunctions.
• Train employees on equipment operations, work procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor production processes and advise on improvements to products and operations.
• Resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions while enforcing applicable rules and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team and fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
• Ability to work in seasonal hot and cold temperatures with dust and some chemical fume exposure.
