Team Lead II (6:00am to 2:30pm) Central Warehouse (Manufacturing)

Location: Central Warehouse; onsite manufacturing role with continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting, bending, and use of hand and power tools.

Pay: $27.75–$29.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across multiple processes and operations.
• Assign work and train operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ensure materials, tools, fixtures, and labor are available to maintain efficient, on-time production.
• Audit work and perform internal process audits to verify quality requirements are met.
• Analyze materials, processes, and products that may disrupt production.
• Maintain production postings, inventory accuracy, BOM and drawing discrepancy reporting, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics and explain them to others.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive action processes.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and coordination skills in a diverse, demanding department.
• Ability to meet medium-heavy physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.
