Location: Onsite at Plant 10 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time internship requiring 40 or more hours per week from May through August 2027. Relocation is available. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Pay: $18.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on education, credits, qualifications, experience, business needs, and location.

What you will do
- Execute functional UX/UI designs focused on usability, intuitiveness, and market success.
- Develop user experiences for helm-to-stern onboard and off-boat products.
- Conduct customer-focused research and apply empathy to design decisions.
- Create rapid, low-fidelity prototypes and communicate compelling user stories.
- Provide clear, insightful, and actionable design critiques.
- Collaborate with industrial designers, UI designers, usability professionals, and software engineers.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- At least second-semester sophomore standing with 48 completed credits.
- Available to work full-time, 40 or more hours per week, from May through August 2027.
- Experience with user interface design, human-computer interaction design, and/or low-fidelity prototyping.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of development processes and the ability to communicate user stories and design feedback.
