TL;DR
Junior UI/UX Designer (Figma/LottieFiles): Designing and prototyping user-centered interfaces and mobile interactions for a sales management and POS platform with an accent on visual quality, service design, and clickable prototypes. Focus on creating micro interactions and UX gamification, translating business goals into design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
Location: Minsk, Belarus. Hybrid work opportunity with an on-site workplace in a central Minsk office.

is a global communications company providing prepaid communication and payment services; its National Retail Solutions brand develops a sales management system and POS equipment for small and medium-sized businesses, including advertising, data analysis, and payment processing.
What you will do
- Design and prototype user-centered interfaces and mobile interactions in Figma.
- Frame design problems within the UX strategy and execute solutions at a detailed level.
- Create clickable prototypes while discussing UX solutions.
- Develop micro interactions and UX gamification concepts.
- Translate business goals into compelling design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design.
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in a similar role, supported by a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and LottieFiles or similar design tools.
- Strong visual, UI, and mobile interaction skills with a high quality standard.
- Service design mindset and strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into design solutions.
- Demonstrated experience creating micro interactions and UX gamification, with business understanding in past projects.
- Great English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
