Junior UI/UX Designer (POS)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; Workplace: on-site, with a hybrid work opportunity mentioned.

What you will do

• Design the POS system and back-office portal used by independent retailers across the US.
• Contribute to the POS product direction and design language.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, product owners, and operations to execute the product roadmap.
• Create clickable prototypes, collect stakeholder feedback, and iterate on UX solutions.
• Use user research and analytics to build cohesive customer journeys across NRS products.
• Grow and maintain the cross-platform design system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and LottieFiles or similar design tools.
• Strong visual, UI, mobile interaction, user-centered design, and prototyping skills.
• Experience creating micro-interactions and UX gamification with an understanding of business goals.
• English: minimum B2, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work strategically and translate business goals into design solutions.
