Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Lead experience vision and coordinate customer-centric design work across eCommerce product teams.
• Deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions, prototypes, user journeys, personas, journey maps, and heuristic reviews.
• Facilitate design workshops, vision work, reviews, and critiques with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners.
• Align scope, timing, dependencies, requirements, architecture, design systems, and stakeholder expectations.
• Track QA builds, identify fidelity risks, and partner with engineering to resolve design implementation issues.
• Monitor post-launch metrics and iterate designs to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with UX/UI design for eCommerce experiences.
• Strong human-centered design, user-needs analysis, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience developing prototypes, user journeys, and high-quality UI design solutions.
• Ability to balance innovation and practicality while solving complex design problems.
• Experience working with agile processes, end-user feedback, pilot testing, and iterative design.
