Senior Relationship Manager - Phoenix

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012, United States; onsite, full time

Salary: $131,611.50–$219,478.00 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with Phoenix-area companies, developers, and managers with sales of $50 million or greater.
• Originate new business, generate deal flow, and coordinate teams through deal approval and closing.
• Manage client relationships, support loan production, and grow fee income through cross-selling banking services.
• Partner with portfolio managers to monitor financial reporting, credit quality, and the bank’s risk exposure.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions affecting commercial banking clients and portfolios.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• 10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience.
• Established relationships and a demonstrated direct origination track record with relevant companies.
• Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans.
• Ability to generate cross-sell revenue and coordinate product specialists, portfolio managers, and operational support.
• Ability to manage credit risk, regulatory requirements, and ongoing portfolio compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with foreign exchange and commodity hedging.
