Senior Vice President - Commercial Banker

Salary: $181,270–$223,920 per year, plus potential annual bonus/incentives and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Identify target markets and develop a new book of commercial banking business.
• Build and maintain commercial customer, business checking, and deposit relationships.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing and servicing of major and complex loans.
• Analyze client financial information and risk, prepare financing requests, and present recommendations to senior management or the Loan Committee.
• Coordinate with treasury partners to recommend suitable deposit products and provide seamless client experiences.
• Represent the Bank in customer, community, civic, and community reinvestment activities to strengthen market position.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, and related products.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance requirements, industry standards, and practices.
• Advanced relationship management, organizational, time management, speaking, and writing skills.
• May require up to 50% travel.
