What you will do

• Lead water and wastewater engineering services for clients in the DMV region.
• Deliver planning studies, preliminary and final designs, and asset management services for water and wastewater infrastructure and facilities.
• Perform studies and modeling and prepare engineering reports.
• Provide bid assistance and office support during construction.
• Manage multiple technical tasks and lead teams while meeting contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Support business and client development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering consulting, civil or sanitary studies and design, water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, and business development.
• Virginia State Professional Engineer licensure is required.
• Experience managing client expectations, technical teams, and project finances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, technical writing, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Maryland Professional Engineer licensure.
