Salary: $71,981.92–$82,265.06 per year

What you will do

• Produce contract documents, including plans and specifications.
• Perform pipeline hydraulic flow and pressure calculations, pump calculations, and system curve development for pump sizing.
• Design water and wastewater pipelines, pumping, storage, and treatment systems.
• Prepare construction and design cost estimates.
• Visit sites during design and construction to observe installation and review construction shop drawings and submittals.
• Support project management, client communication, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or NCEES-equivalent program.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, including required experience with water and wastewater systems.
• Oklahoma Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience working with local municipalities and utility companies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other design disciplines and work independently.
• Strong organizational, time-management, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities.
• Familiarity with production tools, modeling software, or design software.
