Supervisor, Production

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite overnight shift from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Base salary: $59,200–$100,800 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and other incentives.

What you will do

• Assign and direct daily work across manufacturing lines to achieve safety, quality, output, and schedule goals.
• Lead injection molding production while ensuring material flow, equipment availability, labor utilization, and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor and report output, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and schedule attainment metrics.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate TPM activities and ensure onboarding, training, and ongoing qualification of assigned personnel.
• Drive lean practices including 5S, Kaizen, and adherence to standard work.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience leading teams, assigning work, enforcing accountability, and coaching or training associates.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes, with the ability to combine technical problem-solving and people leadership.
• Required experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field, or substantial manufacturing leadership experience in lieu of an advanced degree.
