Sr Supervisor, Facilities & Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Supervise facilities and maintenance activities supporting a two-shift manufacturing operation.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance using the CMMS, including documentation and spare-parts management.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMPs, and site quality requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance, OEE, downtime, and reliability data; perform root-cause analysis and implement improvement actions.
• Manage maintenance budgets, equipment expenditures, purchase orders, contractors, and outsourced facility services.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, employee relations, hiring decisions, shutdowns, and project transitions into operations.

Requirements

• Two-year degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Knowledge of the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of hazardous chemicals and disposal requirements, OSHA, EPA, FDA regulations, blueprints, equipment manuals, specifications, SOPs, and cGDP documentation.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment, wear required personal protective equipment, and remain active throughout the workday.
